God's Plan for Israel (Part 1) - Romans 11:1-10 (6.9.19) - Dr. Jordan N. Rogers
Dr. Jordan N. Rogers continues preaching through the Book of Romans in this sermon on Romans 11:1-10 entitled, "God's Plan for Israel (Part 1)". God has a plan for Israel. If you are an ethnic Jew or if you are a Gentile (not ethnically Jewish) you need to understand that God has a plan for His people. Romans 11 is a chapter of Scripture which is devoted to the details of God’s plan for Israel. It is immensely deep, so I will take three entire sermons to cover the content. This is Part 1 of a three-part series entitled, “God’s Plan for Israel.” In Romans 11:1-10, The Apostle Paul answers a very serious question about whether or not God has rejected His chosen people. This question comes in light of the fact that many of the Jewish people turned their back on God’s Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, and were instrumental in His crucifixion and then also in the persecution of His Church. Paul declares emphatically that God has not rejected His chosen people, but also makes the point clear that not all of ethnic Israel is actually part of God’s people. The following is a sermon from Romans 11:1-10 and below you will find the video recording and a sermon outline to help you follow along as you watch. I hope this study tool helps you grow in your love for the Lord Jesus and in your obedience to Him.
