I took video trains arriving & departing at Komaiko Station on the IR Ishikawa Railway. Komaiko Station is located in Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture, and is an above-ground station with two side platforms and two tracks. Platform 1 heads towards Komatsu & Fukui, and platform 2 heads towards Kanazawa. Until the extension of the Hokuriku Shinkansen between Kanazawa and Tsuruga opened in March 2024, this station was on the JR West Hokuriku Main Line, but after the extension was completed, it was separated from JR West and transferred to IR Ishikawa Railway. Trains run at a pattern timetable of around two per hour during the daytime, increasing to around four per hour during the morning and evening rush hours.
