Separable verbs in German or (trennbare Verben) is one type of verbs in German language. German separable verbs consists of a prefix and an infinitive form of verb. Both together make separable verbs in German language. As the name suggests these verbs can be separated. The prefix of separable verbs in German language can be a preposition but it is not mandatory for the prefix of German separable verb to be a preposition. Apart from the prefix part of German separable verbs the second part of German separable verbs is the infinitive. The sentence structured of German separable verbs is explained with examples. The sentence structure in German language when we use German separable verbs in a German sentence can be as follows. At the first position of sentence, we can use the subject of sentence The infinitive part of German separable verb will come at the 2nd position in the sentence and it will be conjugated according to the subject of the sentence. At the 3rd position there can be a preposition, object, adjective etc. The prefix of separable verb in German language will come at the last position of the sentence.
