According to the Prefectural Assembly Secretariat, the reports on inspections conducted independently by the Prefectural Assembly in November 2024 and August 2025 will be published on the website for the first time in April. Why are some inspections not having reports? However, for inspections accompanied by the governor or those for the purpose of friendly exchange, reports will not be created. Some municipalities promptly publish detailed reports. Meanwhile, a survey of other municipalities revealed that the Kyoto Prefectural Assembly has already published a report on its November 2025 inspection of India on its website. Each inspection site has a report of 4 to 5 pages, detailing the content of the exchange of opinions and the insights gained from the inspection. When our reporting team interviewed prefectural assemblies in Kyushu, we found that the Nagasaki Prefectural Assembly creates and publishes reports on its website within one month of the inspection. The Kumamoto Prefectural Assembly publishes reports on its website within two months of the inspection at the latest.
