This independent project created with a roughly $3,000 budget, funded by local filmmakers, students, and friends and family in the Austin, TX area. Our goal was to capture the feel of a single-player campaign from a golden-age 2010s shooter, immersing the audience in the perspective of "The Rookie." Inspired by films like Sicario and Saving Private Ryan, we wanted to give a grounded, high-stakes experience while scaling our vision to fit the budget.
