MrValkeerie's Hidden Country: Honda CRF250L Luggage

I bought my Honda CRF250L with the intention of travelling on the smallest lanes and tracks, and wild camping in inconspicuous nooks and crannies. Being a n00b with dirt bikes, it took me a lot of searching to find out how best to carry my kit. I've now had a few trips and thought it might help others in the same position if I discussed what I found out, and showed how I pack the bike. I also make the case that one can apply the same philosophy to motorcycle touring as one does to hiking and cycle touring: keeping it simple and compact and light. I appreciate that anyone with a motorcycle who goes camping will have fiercely-held opinions that vary from mine on every point, and hope the viewer will accept my opinions in a spirit of sharing, and not contention :-)
