I set myself a challenge in Agadir, southern Morocco: to let myself be guided solely by locals to discover the country's best culinary specialties! Between the must-try classics and dishes I'd never tried before, the immersion was total. On the menu for this gourmet adventure: A traditional breakfast with Msemen, honey, and cheese. The best avocado juice (my guilty pleasure in Morocco!). A brand-new discovery: goat tajine (Tagine dial Mazi), a local specialty cooked over charcoal. My very first taste of Rfissa (verdict in the video!). A chicken pastilla to finish on a high note with a sweet and savory touch.
