A CHROMEBOOK for 3D Printing? TinkerCAD & Kiri:Moto Tutorial!

Folks have often asked, "What is the cheapest computer I can use for 3D Printing?", so I set out to answer that question for the 3D Printing Community! This Samsung $70 Chromebook is by no means a powerful Computer, but can it be used to run a 3D printer and even 3D design custom parts?
