Belgrade Gay Parade March | Belgrade Pride 2023 | Belgrade News LIVE | Belgrade Gay March | N18L Tens of thousands of people are expected to take part in the Gay Pride march in the Serbian capital Belgrade, also protesting what they say is a failure of government to enact legislation. Belgrade Pride has come a long way since 2001 when a small group of people participating in a parade was attacked by right-wing extremists. Last year the city hosted EuroPride, the most important LGBTI+ event in Europe. Despite all the development and growth, the government still hasn’t responded to the community’s needs and hasn’t ensured their rights are equal.
