In the second half of September, I visit the farm of Karol and his son, Mateusz Ciężkowscy, located in Rudnik, near Racibórz. The owners specialize in the production of dill and parsley. Other vegetables are also grown there, but as Mateusz explains, it is green vegetables, or early vegetables, that their farm specializes in.
