This model shows the Falcon Real Estate Development as sent in for Planning Permission Dec 2019. None of which has been changed in any way. You will see that the shopping centre, hotel, cinema, offices and residential are all still there. The additional floors, pontoons, bridge, roof green space and road layouts etc are shown to promote consideration for vertical expansion in the future.
