Click the link below to make chasau:    • CHAR SIU || HOW TO MAKE CHASIO   ● KOMPIANG ♡ Outer Dough Ingredients: 1 kg Blue Triangle all-purpose flour 1 pack yeast = 11 grams 1 tsp salt = 2.5 grams 4 tsp sugar = 70 grams 500 cc water 4 tsp vegetable oil = 30 grams ♡ Filling Ingredients: 1/2 kg pork + 1/2 kg chasau 150 100g seaweed, washed and squeezed dry 3 cloves of fried garlic, finely ground 5 cloves of fried shallots, finely ground 2 stalks of leeks 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp cha sau sauce Sweet soy sauce Pepper, salt, sugar Method: 1. Heat oil, add garlic and shallots until fragrant 2. Add the blended meat (not too finely), stir 3. Add the sweet soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, oyster sauce, and cha sau sauce 4. Then, add the seaweed, which you previously cut into pieces so that it isn't too long. 5. Adjust the seasoning, cook until dry, and add 1 tbsp cornstarch
