Honda NT700 spark plug access and plug cap problems world wide..

Honda NT700 spark plug caps almost got recalled worldwide due to a common problem on this machine worldwide... these hard plastic like plug caps that secure to the spark plugs develope leakage-- voltage leaks-- the symptoms are little hesitations or stalling at stopsigns or traffic lights.. in the very first ride of this machine i made of the first ride when i brought this bike home, i rode the bike to get the oil hot to change it and to get fresh gas.. in that video,after i got gas, i mentioned in the video many times,that the machine was not running right.. it kept bucking and had little hesitations when i would make throttle changes.. it did this about 10 or 15 times after the machine warmed up.. it is in the video... i was suspecting the throttle position sensor,without knowing anything about that item.. but it turned out to be the spark plugg caps,which i learned weeks later from the internet,after i typed in a question asking if there were problems with the honda NT 700.. that is when i learned about there almost was a worldwide recall by honda to replace the spark plug caps.. i made this video in march but was unable to publish it until now.. after installing new plugs and spark plug caps, this machine runs as well as could ever be expected.. i like this machine so much now that i have it sorted out,that i sold my kawasaki Z400 that i have in a few videos.. and i am even considering selling my royal star venture which i have in many videos on my channel.. that is how well this machine checks all the boxes for compfort, luggage capacity, smoothness, wind protection, more than adaquate power.., predictable handling, one the best seats i ever tried...,the only extra missing is cruise control which i rarely use.. to put it bluntly, this machine is a shocker.. it is completely capable of any type of normal street bike duty.. not too big .. not too small...goldilocks would say it's just right.. it is just right for an adult...i am so glad the euro-UK riders made me aware of this widely overlooked gem here in the USA
