🌶️ Hosting My THIRD Supper Club | Vegetarian Indian Street Food Menu🥬 📍 Gothenburg, Sweden This video takes you behind the scenes of prepping and hosting my third supper club in Gothenburg, Sweden, and this one was very different from anything I’ve done before. For the first time, I created a fully vegetarian menu inspired by the street food of India. I took bits and pieces of dishes I absolutely love, reworked them, and blended them into one cohesive supper club experience. While this video follows the 3 intense days of prep leading up to the supper, the reality is that this event involved weeks of planning, testing, and refining. From menu development to logistics, this was one of the most challenging (and rewarding) supper clubs I’ve hosted so far. 🍽️ About My Supper Club – NeitherNor I host an intimate supper club called NeitherNor in my tiny apartment in Gothenburg, Sweden, where I bring together 6 random strangers over a 4+ course meal. Everything is made completely from scratch, and my goal is to bring South Asian flavours to life — flavours that go far beyond the usual dishes you’ll find in restaurants here. There is so much more to this cuisine, and I want to celebrate that depth and diversity. At its core, this supper club is about community. Creating a space where people can come together, feel a sense of belonging, connect over food, and share an experience.
