In the video above, we demonstrate how the long-time lubrication unit EC works for our linear units in the CG series. It makes it possible to increase the lubrication intervals many times over and thus significantly reduce the number of maintenance intervals. The oil in the lubrication tank is released onto the profile rail via the contact surfaces of the lubricant carrier (filter foam). You can easily retrofit a long-time lubrication unit. Or you can configure it to match your ball-bearing slide, roller slide, miniature slide or linear slide with integrated distance measuring system and other matching accessories in our product configurator.
