The otoplasty procedure is shown in this video with a patient who has protruding ears and wanted them pine back. The ear pinning procedure was performed under local anesthesia in the comfort of Dr. Steiger's office. This is her otoplasty journey on the day of surgery with before and after ear photos from the ear procedure. Otoplasty can also be performed under IV sedation or general anesthesia.
