BKK #42: This poem is about the story of a Firefly and a Nightingale, and how the Firefly empathizes with a sad Nightingale and helps her in time of need.  Mahwash makes the kids realize that each one of us has been gifted by God a unique strength that we can use to help others. She also tells them that being compassionate towards others is a choice and urges them to think of their unique gifts with which they can make a difference in an individual’s life and their communities.
