Two Men of Tiree | HIDB promotion

In 1973, the Highlands and Islands Development Board's (HIDB's) focus on its social remit was strengthened putting greater emphasis on the social component of many economic projects, an expanded budget for "non-economic" grants and support for Gaelic were established. 'Two Men of Tiree' was filmed in 1974 demonstrating how the Board had put its social support into practice.
