De Vera expresses shock over Ateneo’s response to student-athlete deaths

Former Commission on Higher Education Chairperson Prospero 'Popoy' De Vera III said he is shocked that Ateneo de Manila University did not immediately reach out to the families of late student-athletes Rene Baterbonia and Divine Adili. De Vera told #OnPoint that it even took other people to shoulder the airfare of a parent so she could see her deceased child.
