Four ways to pick up a heavy motorcycle. Guaranteed success proven by small girl

How to lift a motorcycle has always been a pretty controversial topic, especially when it comes to social media and keyboard warriors. Here are four ways to pick up a heavy motorcycle. It's a guaranteed success proven by me small girl! I’m often faced of people telling me that you can only do it back squat…. But the reality is there are multiple ways to pick up a motorcycle, all of them depend on your body, the terrain, the bike and the actual situation you’re in. And for me I have my favourite way, but I’m also very realistic in the fact that the actual situation at the time out in the wilderness also dictates, which is the best way to pick up a bike. Here in this video, I show you four different ways to pick up a big heavy adventure motorcycle. And as you know I am a small 62 kg female which means I’m not a huge strong male, there is a massive element of technique. My recommendation is that you give all four of them a try. I suggest you practice in a safe environment so that when you’re out there in the wilderness you know what you’re doing, you’re not panicked and you know how your body is going to feel in the best situation.
