Full engine rebuild of a Volkswagen 1.6 AUS engine. In this video, we show the complete disassembly and reassembly process after a full overhaul. The repair included replacing piston compression rings, honing the cylinder walls, and a cylinder head rebuild with valve lapping and new valve stem seals. We also replaced the timing belt kit and all related components.
