Is the TRD PRO Grill Really Worth It for Your Toyota Tacoma?

👋 In todays installation video, it's time to install the TRD PRO style grill for the 4th generation Toyota Tacoma! This is a great factory like modification to give the front end of your truck a great and functional look! With this grill, the three amber lights come standard and you have the option of adding the light bar! In order to install this grill, you do have to take the front end of the truck off, which really isn't too bad! The hard part is separating the grill to remove it from the housing, which just takes patience. From there you can install the new grill if you don't have a forward camera or the light bar, so just a bit more work to install those accessories. The letters for this grill are installed individually (be sure to not tighten them too much). If you just have the amber lights, you will need a fuse adaptor which is linked below, and that's it! Simple install for those lights. If you opt for the light bar and you have the factory axillary switches, theres a few things that take some time. One is the factory plug to remove with the small space you need a good grip to remove it. You also need to strip the ends of the wiring from the supplied factory harness in order to connect them to the lighting wiring. Once that is done, you can hook up the lights and connect the plug.
