Is This Space Chicken Just A Big Flying Brick? | HG Penelope UNBOXING & REVIEW [4K]

Hi guys and welcome to my review of the HG Penelope, a gargantuan 2019 standard release that was the first release to tie in with the Hathaway's Flash movie trilogy! This titanic package has you build the already massive Odysseus Gundam and the support Fixed Flight Unit and allows you to configure them either apart or combine them into the space chicken that is the Penelope! This package is surprisingly solid, lacking polycaps that would prove disastrous given this MS's weight and being unexpectedly color accurate across the board, with minimal painting needing to be done on your part in order to get it looking the way it should! Decaled and topcoated as well as using the Funnel Missile effect set, is the fact that this Penelope looks its best enough to offset the bricky articulation or is it doomed to forever be a colossal A-posing stand queen regardless of the work you put in? Also sorry about the audio throughout the video, it was my first time recording at the new setup so my gain wasn't properly dialed in and had to denoise a lot more than previously, but the unboxing section's audio is also particularly rough because for some reason the sibilance in my voice was really bad in that section and had to run a pretty aggressive de-esser in Fairlight to try to fix it. I installed a plugin for Audacity that is much better sounding that I used in the posing audio and hopefully it wont be too bad in future videos.
