VLOG - PAST 2 PRESENT - who you were is not who you are!

Hey friends, Welcome to my Channel. I don't have an official name for my VLOG at the moment, but along this journey, we're embarking on together, I pray her name will come. For the longest time, I've felt that my past traumas have needed to be disclosed. For channel members, my "Community of friends" to get a better understanding of why I am how I am. What made me a mental health advocate. Why I've worked so hard to become self reliant and overall working towards being a softer woman. In this Episode, I am discussing IMPOSTER SYNDROME, MENTAL ABUSE, CONTROLLING MANNERISMS, and talks of Suicidal Depression. The overall goal of this Vlogs Episode is to shed light and provide a path of clarity for Episodes to come. I look forward to this Community of Friends gaining an insight into my past, so that we can venture into the present and the future together.
