Valuing Your Early Stage Biotech Company
There are many times during the life of a biotech company when it will be important to provide a rational estimate of the value of the company. Whether to estimate values of options granted to employees, or to intelligently negotiate with investors or a potential corporate partner, you need methods to value the company, which you can clearly explain to others. In this session you will learn a few general methods and strategies for early-stage valuation of biotech companies that are producing pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, diagnostic or medical device products.
