(dig until you see the connection) What are the things in my home that are the most “me”? What mask am I wearing? How am I hurting others or myself? Why does this manifestation keep repeating for me? What and who is worth suffering for? Write down an entire list of what you are worried about. Star the items that you know are 100% true and not solely a feeling. Why am I feeling this way? What would you stand for (+do) if you knew nobody would judge you? Based on your daily routines, where will you be in the next 5 years? ten? twenty? Whom do you admire most and why What do you not want anybody else to know about you When I look in the mirror, what do I see? What are a few thing you thought you'd never get over while you were going through them? why did they seem so insurmountable? how did you get over them? What are your greatest accomplishments so far? What hurts right now? How can I find relief? Why am I not living to my highest potential? Who from your past are you still trying to earn the acceptance of What happened before I felt a shift in my mood? How is believing this or acting this way keeping me safe? What do I know to be true that I didn’t know a year ago? What distractions get in the way of being my most productive? If someone described me, what would they say? What can't I accept about myself? How does every part of my body feel in this moment? What emotions am I holding on to? What is causing these feelings? Have I tried to take my ego out of the situation?
