Full Journey!! Blackpool North to London Euston - Virgin Train Pendolino

Today, we are taking a journey down the West Coast Mainline on one of Virgins new direct routes (at the time of filming in 2018) from Blackpool North. We run non-stop to Preston and then onto Wigan North Western, Warrington Bank Quay then non-stop to Rugby before arriving into London Euston. The journey was great and no one could fault it, it is great that there is now a direct route to/from Blackpool with more services throughout the day rather than just at peak times. Of course, this will also change in time with the introduction of Grand Central services calling at Nuneaton, Preston, Kirkham and Wesham, Poulton-le-Fylde and Blackpool North with 5 services a day which is rather cool!! *Please note that this was filmed in August 2018, and have only just uploaded it therefore this was before Avanti took over running the service.
