Families from inland states like Barinas are sleeping rough amidst the mud and rubble after 11 days of fruitless searching, denouncing the government's negligence in leaving the removal of tons of cement to the sole and dangerous responsibility of the citizens, while the earth continues to tremble with more than 1,048 aftershocks recorded.
