It’s not what you know that makes you successful, it's who you know? Might sound strange, but the most successful businessmen indeed are the most connected and probably it applies to many professions. Certainly not in the military - here one needs to earn it in a very hard way. This is a very common query as to how hard is military training? Even now while teaching my students in the university or during any informal meeting, they eagerly wait to hear about those experiences. Like most things in life, it is a matter of opinion, and I am sure most military officers will honestly say it was pretty hard. Beyond the military circle, BCS officers who have had the opportunity to undergo orientation training in the Academy would share the views alike.
