Princess Muna al-Hussein, born Antoinette Avril Gardiner in 1941, became a Jordanian royal after marrying King Hussein in 1961. They had four children, including King Abdullah II. Though they divorced in 1972, she retained her royal title and stayed in Jordan. She is known for her contributions to healthcare, founding the #Princess Muna Scholarship Fund and a nursing college, and serving as President of the Jordanian Nursing Council.
