2026, June 22 | Surrey–Langley SkyTrain Major Update | King George to Hillcrest–184 St

Drone construction update from the Surrey–Langley SkyTrain extension in Surrey, BC. In this video, I fly along the project corridor from King George Station to Hillcrest–184 Street, showing the latest visible construction progress on the future SkyTrain extension. This update includes aerial views of station areas, elevated guideway construction, columns, road work, staging areas, cranes, and active construction zones along the route. The project is a major extension of the Expo Line, bringing SkyTrain service farther east through Surrey and toward Langley. According to the official Surrey–Langley SkyTrain project page, the extension will run 16 kilometres primarily along Fraser Highway from King George Station in Surrey to 203 Street in Langley City. The project will include eight new stations: Green Timbers, 152 Street, Fleetwood, Bakerview–166 Street, Hillcrest–184 Street, Clayton, Willowbrook, and Langley City Centre. This video focuses on the section from King George Station to Hillcrest–184 Street, where major construction activity is now clearly visible from above.
