The Florida Department of Public Health restricted Dr. Benjamin Brown’s medical license and Santa Rosa County prosecutors charged him with manslaughter following Hillary Ellington Brown’s death last November. According to the health department’s report, Brown performed multiple cosmetic procedures on his wife and delayed calling 911 when she seized in the operating room.
