How to tie your Sageo - Step by Step Tutorial - Sageo Storage Knot
Some people asked me how I make a tight Sageo Knot, for a Japanese sword (Katana and Wakizashi). This is how I do it. I Wish you enjoy watching the video and tying your own Sageo. In the video / on the photo's, the Ha of the Katana is facing down in the Kake so the knot(s) show(s)... This is done deliberately, in case you might wonder. Normally you display a Katana with the Ha facing up, so you are less likely to dull the blade because of leaning in to the Saya.
