Mt Jefferson counts for the New Hampshire 48 4000 Footer (NH48) hiking list and the Six Husbands Trail counts for "The Terrifying 25" (T25) hiking list. The New Hampshire 48 4000 Footer list, created by the Appalachian Mountain Club, consists of 48 mountains in New Hampshire with elevations of at least 4,000 feet and a minimum of 200 feet prominence. The Terrifying 25 list, created by the Herrs, consists of the most interesting White Mountains trails that have slides, rock scrambles, or boulder caves.
