The Amazing Throws of Shuai Jiao - Kungfu Style with the Oldest History

Shuai Jiao (or Shuai Chiao) has literary and visual documentation for thousands of years. Sometimes called Chinese Wrestling, the current iteration involves short sleeve jackets and a point system. I'm sure there's lots of other styles of kungfu that we can lump under "Shuai Jiao," and we'll look at other forms of Shuai Jiao soon! Hope you enjoy the throws and exploration into leverage.
