[MUGEN] [KOFM Lv2] CHARACTER REVEAL 2: GNIST SHOWCASE

LIGHTNING IORI!!! This was a fun project i initially started as Hachiro Ueda, if youre a goat you remember the lightning iori by the one bros/sharkens team/Player One and Next One. I made this character as a tribute to them but ultimately it ended up as a different character entirely, concepts were the same, its iori with lightning but the moves ended up being different Im continuing this project as a collab between me and ‪@AkaneNanao03‬ since shes doing everything related to sprites and im doing the codes.
