Hello everyone, dear friends. In this video, we'll show you our customer, a 2011 Volvo S60 1.6 engine owner, experiencing overheating after a radiator burst in his hometown. Despite numerous repairs, he still couldn't get the results he was looking for. Later, a customer who has been following us on YouTube for a long time brought his car to us. We removed the cylinder head, suspecting a blown cylinder head gasket. When we checked the engine block, the cylinder head caused seizure (or "bump") due to overheating, damaging the cylinders. Of course, our customer was following everything with us and observed the problems one by one. He then approved our decision to have the engine rebuilt. When the engine and cylinder head were delivered to our rebuilt technicians, they checked and determined the cylinder head was cracked, resulting in a new cylinder head. Furthermore, many parts of the vehicle were replaced. We successfully completed our engine assembly, and the engine rebuild process was completed. This resulted in a brand new engine and the customer received the vehicle without any problems. We hope this was a helpful and educational video. We tried our best.
