Preparation (तैयारी) 1️⃣ From Fats and Oils (Saponification Reaction) जब fats या oils को NaOH/KOH के साथ heat करते हैं तो soap और glycerol बनता है। Fat + NaOH → Soap + Glycerol 2️⃣ From Propene (Industrial Method) Propene से oxidation और hydrolysis द्वारा glycerol तैयार किया जाता हैl 🔹 3. Physical Properties (भौतिक गुण) Colorless, odorless liquid Sweet taste Highly soluble in water High boiling point (290°C approx.) Hygroscopic (पानी को absorb करता है) 🔹 4.
