Small Changes, Better Rowing 🚣 25 Minute Workout

June 18: Can improving your rowing be as simple as making one small change at a time? Today's 25 minute follow along rowing workout is built around that idea. Not a complete technique overhaul. Not a coaching masterclass. Just a chance to spend some time on the rowing machine, build fitness, enjoy the row, and maybe leave with one or two ideas that help your stroke feel a little smoother. I'll touch on a few technique concepts along the way, but the real focus is getting the work done, staying consistent, and remembering that improvement often comes from lots of small gains rather than one giant breakthrough. 🚣 Today's row takes place on the Hill Loop course in EXR. This workout is great if you want to: ✅ Build fitness without pressure ✅ Enjoy a relaxed row with company along the way ✅ Pick up a few useful rowing tips naturally ✅ Develop consistency on the rowing machine ✅ Finish feeling better than when you started ⏱️ The rowing workout itself is 25 minutes long (21 minutes rowing + 4 minute cool down). The full video runs longer because it includes an optional stretching session and post-row chat afterwards. Stay for the stretch if you have time, or head off after the cool down if your day is calling. One of the things I love about these rows is that they aren't just workouts. They're a chance to spend 25 minutes together, chat about whatever happens to be on my mind, and make fitness feel a little less like a chore. Sometimes we talk rowing. Sometimes we talk life. Sometimes we talk complete nonsense. But hopefully it all makes the row go by a little quicker.
