Slow and steady find the Gold

Today I’m back at a spot I prospected just a few days ago, and it’s starting to show signs of a small patch. While the gold here in the Western Australian Goldfields can sometimes turn up as nice, chunky nuggets, this location seems to be producing mostly smaller pieces – and some of them are tiny! But as every prospector knows, gold is gold, and those little bits quickly add up. Join me as I continue the search to define this patch, way out in the WA outback, around 135 kilometres from the nearest town.
