ORC Canal Rally 2026 - SS12: D'Hooie 4 - all cars, 5 passes! (raw footage) - action and show!

The final stage from the 18th ORC Canal Rally, a 4th pass on SS D'Hooie. This rally consists of 4 consecutive loops of 3 stages. SS D'Hooie is an old stage, that last has been used in 2018. It is a small stage, but cars have to do 5 laps, so in total it is still 8,82 km long. Stage results: see https://ewrc-results.com/event/98832-... The rally was followed by 5 'demo' cars to day, under an organisation called 'Slowly Sideways' - iconic cars or replicas of them, with iconic liveries. They didn't drive the 4th loop, but since we arrived before the end of the stage in the 3rd loop, we got to see them on their final stage as well. Unfortunately only 2 were left, and the first one damaged his rear left suspension in a gutter drain here (visible in the video at 1:20:28) so they also stopped after 2 laps instead of 5. After several strong performances since his debut rally in October last year, but everytime followed by a retirement due to mechanical issues, the car has finally made it to the end of a rally, finishing 4th historic (3rd in class) and 24th overall (on 74 finished teams)!
