The Science Behind Diffusion Vacuum Pumps: How They Work

I decided to make a video about my diffusion vacuum pump and explain the working principle behind those pumps and talk about the advantages and disadvantages. Diffusion pumps are used in high vacuum systems as an easy and cheap alternative to turbomolecular pumps. It is not my normal style of content, but if you like it, let me know and I will make some more videos about different vacuum pumps, vacuum gauges and other equipment that is not vacuum related.
