TOTALLY STEALTH Full Audio Upgrade | Behind The Sound: Audi TTS - Volume 2

Behind The Sound Volume 2 on the Audi TTS which came in to us for a completely stealth audio upgrade. The car has recieved a large soundproofing upgrade in the front doors, which also now house the Audison Voce 6" drivers, which have been mounted into the stock speaker baffle using an adaptor, to maintain full originality and the ability to return to stock if required. The dashboard tweeters have been updated with the Audison Voce 1" tweeter that comes as part of the front end component set, also into a totally stock location. In the rear of the car, Audison Prima 6.5" co-axial's have been installed to create a more full and rounded sound stage. This fit into some rather funky shaped speaker rings fabricated in house, and the original rear tweeter has been left installed but unplugged, to fill the void where that speaker sits, ensuring the best sound reproduction in the rear quarters, along with further soundproofing. Hidden below the boot floor is the Audison Prima AP8.9 Amplifier, a powerhouse with a tiny form factor, which is covered by a panel fabricated and trimmed in house to create a classy, tidy look, covering the wiring and fusing. The AP8.9 offers 8 channels of Amplification, which are all currently being used across the 6 speakers in the car, by bridging channels to the front drivers. There is the ability to add a sub at a later date, if the customer chooses. The AP8.9 also features Digital Sound Processing capabilities, which allows us to plug in and tune the car to offer the best sound qualities best on the individual customers music tastes.
