In this video I show you how to make 3 dishes: Toor Dal, Parathas and Potato/Pea Sabzi Ingredients for Paratha: 2 cup Whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp Salt 1 Tbsp Oil 1/4 cup Plain yogurt 3/4 cup Warm water Ghee for shallow frying Ingredients for Toor Dal in Instant Pot: 1 cup Toor dal, wash few times & drain 4 cups hot water 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp red pepper 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp salt 1 1/2 lime juice 1 tsp garam masala Ingredients for Aloo (potato) sabzi: 2 large potatoes, washed, peeled and cut into cubes. 1 cup Peas 2 Tbsp Ghee 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds (Rai) Pinch of Hing 1/2C Onions, chopped 1t Ginger, chopped 1t Green chili, chopped 1/4t Turmeric powder 1/2t Cumin powder 1/2t Coriander powder 1/2t Kashmiri mirch Salt to taste Pinch of sugar 2T Cilantro, chopped 1/4t Mango powder 1/4t Chat masala 1/4t Garam masala
