This short clip explains the history and present state of PCBs in our environment. Video description for visually impaired: Video description for visually impaired: This video begins with pictures of chemicals being mixed in labs and moves into showing children all over the world eating while the narrator describes the history of PCBs. Through the history portion of the video various household items from the early 1900s are shown: Waffle makers, telephones, manufacturing plants and electrical outlets are shown. Finally, the video shows a flow chart of PCBs moving through the food chain and then accumulating in humans before ending with a view of a cliff near Bellingham Washington that overlooks the Samish Bay.
