Downtown São Paulo has a reputation for being chaotic, run-down, and difficult to walk around. This reputation is not without reason, but it hides a history that few know. There is a part of downtown that has succeeded. Quality sidewalks, trees, preserved architecture, and spaces designed for people to meet (and believe me, they still work!). In this video, I went there to show you why these places are so different from the rest.
