It's a short walk around the city center and two recommendations for places to go for breakfast and lunch. In any case, if you come to Faro, you absolutely must try the grilled food; it's incredibly delicious. The city doesn't really come alive until lunchtime. As a result, I didn't have the chance to visit any churches or cathedrals. I preferred to spend that money on food (church entrance fee €2.50 and €5 for the cathedral in the old town).
