You should probably STOP sewing curved waistbands

You’ve probably heard time and time again that sewing curved waistbands is better than sewing straight waistbands. And, I’m here to tell you that we’ve all been lied to! Well, some of the time! :) So, I have a little sewing tip for you! Watch this video to learn a when and where to sew curved waistbands. I'm also sharing a fitting technique for how to do some easy pattern drafting to create your own waistband and achieve the perfect fitting garment! It's an easy pattern alteration that will improve fit when sewing skirts or sewing pants or anything else with a waistband.
