My wedding album flip through - junk journal, linen and lace with embroideries. shabby chic style.

I got married in August 2020, a really intimate wedding due to Covid-19. I have been an active scrapbooker for many years but this year, I discovered the junk journal world and creating albums from cardstock with flips and flaps and this regenerated my passion for papers ... I discovered that I love to add fabric, lace, embroideries (that I learned how to do) ... I love the crunchy papers (coffee stained). So, for my wedding book, I didn't want to do a junk journal, I wanted something more formal like an album ... not too big (cause I don't have lots of pictures) but still wanted the junk journal paper pages ... so, a mix of both has been my solution The base of the album is made from file folders cardstock, 3 file folders combined together and resized. For the spine, I glue a big cardstock at the back and covered it with laces. For the cover and back, I added a sheet of white 'foam' page (crafter sheets, I don't know the name) to give a cushion feeling/look and it totally made a good job!!! I printer a part of the flip cover on a canvas paper.
