16 Xingyi Health Exercises by Wang Ji Wu – Part I

My take on the 16 Xingyi Health Exercises by Wang Ji Wu, from the book Xingyi Neigong compiled by Dan Miller and Tim Cartmell. I've put in slight modifications based on my understanding of internal martial arts and what feels right in my body. This a good set to do as a warmup before or after your martial arts practice, or as a stand alone practice, especially if you don't have time to do anything else. It's also very good for injury recovery, I recommend doing it every day for at least a week to see how it feels in your body.
